During COVID-19 outbreak – what we’re doing to keep you and our therapists safe
During the lockdown, myTHERAS is the only mobile massage company that follows the government’s guidelines seriously. We were closed and didn’t accept any appointment since 18 March 2020.
We would like to thank all of our amazing therapists, for their professionalism, dedication and understanding during this very difficult time for social isolation during this lockdown to keep themselves and others safe.
None of our massage therapists and their family members have any symptoms of COVID-19 during the closure.
We have implemented a cleaning regime which includes disinfecting all surfaces touched by clients before and after each treatment. This is in addition to all usual clinical hygiene practices.
I would like to explain how we have amended our operating procedures, in response to COVID-19. These amended procedures have been implemented to ensure our guests are safe and protected throughout their home spa & massage experience.
- All clients must sign Precautionary Coronavirus Liability Release Form before starting the session.
- Face masks are required for all clients.
- Clients are required to have their temperature taken by themselves prior to their session. (Clients with a temperature of 37.3 or higher must reschedule or cancel their session.
- We have a cancellation policy 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, so please keep this in mind should you wish to cancel or amend your booking.
- For personal safety, massage therapists have the right to cancel an appointment immediately, if clients:
- refuse to sign Precautionary Coronavirus Liability Release Form.
- refuse to wear a face mask.
- show any symptoms of fever 37.3C , coughing, sore throat, runny nose.
- No refund will be given.
- Massage therapists will wash their hands and disinfect all tools before starting the session. All sheets are washed and sanitized with hypochlorite 6% or hydrogen peroxide 5% (Download Guideline from Department of Health, Thailand)
